I always believed that the camping/outdoor community were helpful, and willing to share their experiences and knowledge!

I was never happy with the old 2busycamping website, so I re-designed 2busycamping entirely based on community input, adding the tools and features which would allow other people to do just that, hence "2busycamping, the outdoor COMMUNITY", not "2busycamping, MY website".

Yet, people seem unwilling to contribute!

I have added photo albums, blogs, private messaging, forums, free ads, share your camping experiences, share your creativity, add your articles and recipes, and more!

And it's all FREE!

To better serve the camping community, I have updated and made the accommodation database searchable, added Guest Houses, Self Service, B+Bs and Backpackers lodges (have yet to approach them), and allowed them to add and manage their own FREE basic listings.

For those who want to offer more info to their prospective clients, I made the Full Listings ridiculously affordable for even the smallest of establishments.

I have added almost 900 camping resorts, and advertised them FREE of charge for over 3 years now.

Should I go the route of all the other websites, and only advertise the establishments that pay for that service, punishing the camping/outdoor community in doing so?

Am I missing something?

As quickly as it came, the school holidays are finished!

I hope that all of you out there enjoyed the break, and those that were away, welcome back.

Here you can....

• add a profile picture
• add info about your self
• manage articles you have submitted
• manage your listings in the accomodation database
• view your inbox for mail
• manage your forum posts
• manage your newsletter subscriptions
• manage your personal profile photo gallery
• manage connections which are links to other registered users.

You will also see links on  the Main Menu under My Control Panel to...

• manage all of your mail
• manage and view your invoices (if you subscribe to a paid listing on the 2busycamping accommodation database)
• create and manage your own blog
• add an article/recipe/short story, etc.
• add a community event
• find and view other registered users.

There is also a block on the left (above the Main Menu) labeled New Messages.
If you have any new private messages, the little envelope will be change colour.
